Summer Week 2 (June 8th-12th)

We had a great first week of cross country! We loved seeing our returning runners and meeting our new teammates!  Thank you to the Brewer, Derrick, and Lindsay families for volunteering for the pancake breakfast on Friday!  We are so excited to get to work and have some fun this summer!  It will be a great experience!  Remember to give us, and more importantly yourself, 2 weeks to acclimate to running every day. That's when you'll start to feel a little better after working out.  You will need to be signed up for the summer training to attend practice moving forward. We will unfortunately have to turn athletes away if their registration is not complete.
