Much love and resources

XC Team! We reach out to you with love and some resources to help.  There has been a lot of uncertainty lately which can create feelings of anxiety, stress, and fear.  These emotions are natural but can be uncomfortable to manage and cope with.  Below is a link with some resources to help manage these feelings.  If you haven't already, come join us on our Jordan XC Strava club.  We want to stay connected with you!  Thanks to those who are posting on there so we can track your progress and we can still communicate with and coach you.  Let us know if you have any training questions.  We encourage you to do all you can to practice social distancing while continuing to run and get your miles in.  Running will help you stay strong physically and help you cope with the emotions mentioned earlier.  Running has been a light for many of us in times of darkness.  Continue to do those things that bring light!  Find ways to best use your time with things that help you feel enjoyment and accomplishment.  Know that as coaches we care and miss you a lot and we are here to help support you in any way we can!  Please share this blogpost with everyone!  Whether they ran XC or currently running distance in track or don't run at all.  Let's share it with ALL our friends and grow our team! We are excited about the future of our program and that you're a part of it.
