June 1st - June 6th

Summer cross country is here!  We are thrilled we can meet in person.  Please look at the previous post for everything that you NEED to do before you can come to practice.

We will start meeting 3 days a week and adjust accordingly as time goes on. 

If you're experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you stay home, stay healthy and communicate with your assigned coach how you're doing.

These symptoms include:
Fever of 100.4 F or above
Cough (new, un-diagnosed cough)
Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
Sore throat
Sudden change in taste or smell
Muscle aches or pains (not related to running)

We will be meeting at Jordan High just west of the tennis courts.

Please arrive on time and stay 6 feet apart until you are screened.  Each of you fill out a screener form and have your temperature taken.  This will be done for every time we meet or have practice.   

Please bring sunscreen, your own water bottle (you cannot share), and athletic clothing.  We will be working out outside. 

Schedule:

Monday: JHS west of the tennis courts at 7:00 am

Tuesday: On your own

Wednesday:  Commons Area: Come in the front doors of JHS @ 7:00 am

Opening social activity at 7:30 pm (you'll have to fill out screeners for this too).
- Meet at the soccer field at JHS
- Bring any yard game or activity you like.
- We currently have Kuub and ultimate frisbee.  

Thursday: On your own

Friday: Commons Area: Come in the front doors of JHS @ 7:00 am

Saturday: On your own
