Hope you enjoyed the 4th of July weekend!  For those that are working towards the 85% on the 40-Day Challenge make sure you email your coach your points!  If you receive 85% of the points you're eligible for the prize!  The season is quickly approaching.  If you're in need of a uniform this year we will be checking sizes on Wednesday after practice around 11:15 am.

If you're experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you stay home, stay healthy and communicate with your assigned coach how you're doing.

These symptoms include:
Fever of 100.4 F or above
Cough (new, un-diagnosed cough)
Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
Sore throat
Sudden change in taste or smell
Muscle aches or pains (not related to running)

We are scheduled to be in the weight room @ 10:00 am.
