October 5th- October 10th
Great job at Region to all of our athletes! Many have shown improvement from the start of the season. We have a great young team and its fun for the us as coaches to see such progression! Congrats to all of those who PR'd! Our Varsity boys took 4th place and our Varsity girls took 6th after a close battle for 5th. Congrats to Jacob Jeffery for taking 5th overall!!

This week is Divisionals. This is how we get to State this year. This is only top 7 boys and girls racing but we would like the whole team to come and cheer on our runners! Top 9 teams qualify for state and the top 6 individuals whose team doesn't qualify. As far as I've heard spectators are not allowed but we will stream over Instagram.
Please take care of your school work this week and any other thing that may be stressing you out. Come Friday we want to be solely focused on competing. This is what we've trained for all season and for those who came out in Summer.
Let's get ready to have a great week!
