Hey all!  It's only been one week but we miss meeting with you!  We hope each of you are doing well and staying on top of the work you need to do.  

As per the new social restrictions we will not be meeting together to run in person for at least a couple weeks.  

Get out and run.  Not only will this be good for your physical health but your mental health will improve as you do! 

Base your mileage this week on what you did last week.  Either maintain or go up 10%.

Lets have you get up to 80% of your highest miles during the season training.  E.g. If my highest mileages week was 40 then I would build up to 32 to miles and then maintain that.

We will meet at 3:00 pm over Google Meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday to answer training questions or about the workout.

On Wednesday we will do a mindfulness meditation practice if you'd like to join!
