Nice job to those who competed and raced this last weekend! Typically we will train through the first weekend in December for the Footlocker XC West regional race. Hopefully next year we will be able to go as a team to this race!
As per the new social restrictions we will not be meeting together to run in person for at least a couple weeks.
Get out and run. Not only will this be good for your physical health but your mental health will improve as you do!
Base your mileage this week on what you did last week. Either maintain or go up 10%.

If you're experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you stay home, stay healthy and communicate with your assigned coach how you're doing.
These symptoms include:
Fever of 100.4 F or above
Cough (new, un-diagnosed cough)
Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
Sore throat
Sudden change in taste or smell
Muscle aches or pains (not related to running)
We will meet virtually at 3 on Monday Wednesday and Friday to do the plyo workout.
