Summer Training
We are 2 weeks away from the start of cross country summer training! We are excited to work hard with you! Remember that this camp is for athletes going into 8th-12th grade. If you've missed the parent/athlete meeting, click the parent/athlete meeting tab above.
**Running practices will begin at 7:15 starting on June 1st**
Weight training days will start earlier, more info to come!
Here are some things to get done in the next 2 weeks.

** If you ran track, remember 2 weeks off of no running. Your body and mind need a break before we start our next training cycle. You may feel just fine now, but it may hit you during our Fall Season if you don't rest. Rest now!
*** If you haven't been running it would be a good idea to start easy the next couple of weeks. A couple miles or 20 minutes every other day is an example of a way to start.
As of now, we will not have to do any covid-19 testing to be able to participate. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to starting.
