Week 1 (May 31st-June 6th)

We are so excited to get cross country started this year!  Remember that this camp is for athletes going into 8th-12th grade.  If you've missed the parent/athlete meeting, click the parent/athlete meeting tab above.   

If you're unsure about your commitment to come, we are ok with you coming out to practice a few times to try it out.  Know that it takes time to build strength and endurance. We are willing/capable of helping athletes wherever their training is at.  Come ready to work out this week and bring a water bottle! Let us know if you have any questions.  Our emails are under the coaches tab.

We are excited to announce that there will not be any covid-19 testing and or protocol to participate.  That being said if you're more comfortable wearing a mask while around others that would be just fine!   


Week 1 Schedule:

Monday- Memorial Day -- On your Own
Beginners- 20 minutes run/walk
Intermediate/Advanced- Refer to the summer training calendar on the right side links (if you're using a phone make sure that you click view web version at the bottom of the screen).
                  
Tuesday-  First day of official Summer Camp/Clinic Practice
JHS tech atrium @ 7:15 am
Come in the main doors of Jordan High.  Turn left at the Main office and go down past the counseling center until close to the end of the hall.  There will be signs. 

Wednesday-   JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 7:15 am
                     

Thursday- JHS Weight Room (Enter the doors just west of the tennis courts)
6:30 am for those that have lifted weights with us before
7:15 am for beginners

**If there are siblings in both categories pick a time that works best for your family**

Friday-  JHS west side of tennis courts @ 7:15 am

Saturday- On your own or with teammates/friends
