Week 2 (June 7th- June 12th)
We had a great first week of XC! Great job to those who came and who have been running on your own. Those that are willing to work hard now will see the benefit months from now. Those that put in the work will receive the reward.
Practice typically won't go longer than 2 hours. Often it is shorter on easier days or when we are not lifting.
Many have already done this but if you haven't already get these items done!
