Week 2 (June 7th- June 12th)

We had a great first week of XC!  Great job to those who came and who have been running on your own.  Those that are willing to work hard now will see the benefit months from now.  Those that put in the work will receive the reward.

Practice typically won't go longer than 2 hours.  Often it is shorter on easier days or when we are not lifting.  

Many have already done this but if you haven't already get these items done!

Week 2 Schedule:

Monday-JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 7:15 am
            

                  
Tuesday-  JHS Weight Room (Enter the doors just west of the tennis courts)
6:30 am for those that have lifted weights with us before
7:15 am for beginners

**If there are siblings in both categories pick a time that works best for your family**

Wednesday-   Temple Quarry Trail @ 7:15 am
Look up on Google Maps or the address is -------> HERE  
Additional parking across street at Little Cottonwood parking lot. 
                     
Thursday- JHS Weight Room (Enter the doors just west of the tennis courts)
6:30 am for those that have lifted weights with us before
7:15 am for beginners

Ultimate Frisbee
Kuub
or bring any yard game to share!

Pancake Breakfast after practice

Saturday- On your own or with teammates/friends
