Week 4 (June 21st- June 26th)
Great job to those who are consistently coming out to practice or running on your own. Those that have been doing this are starting to feel stronger and see the fruits of labor!
Continue to talk with your family about running safely on vacations. Do the best you can to run or exercise as you go on vacation. If you need any ideas on safety tips or exercises come talk to us!
If you haven't already please fill out the form below for t-shirt and uniform information. If you choose the buy the uniform you can use it for the next seasons of cross country.
**For those going into 9th-12th that are doing the season this fall, we need you to fill out this google form. We are getting a new spirit pack this year. We are only making the uniform and t-shirt mandatory. Everything else will be optional on a store which will come out in a month or so.
If you do not fill out this form by tonight/before I put in the order you may be delayed on getting your shirt and uniform.

There will be an optional cross country camp July 26th-28th. This is with 3 others schools in our state. It is a great way to meet and train with other people and improve your running and motivation. This camp will be $80 and I will send more information out as I receive it. Other camps at USU or BYU can be up to $300-$500!! Our school got invited to this camp and it is a great opportunity for us!

Practice typically won't go longer than 2 hours. Often it is shorter on easier days or when we are not lifting.
