We had some great races this last weekend at the Freber Invitational!  Results are linked on the Schedule and Results page!  Whether you were happy with your performance or not, use these races as learning opportunities. What did I do well,  what can I improve on?

The NERD Report is updated and the link is over on the right side of the screen (must be in web version if on your phone).  Please remember the purpose of the NERD report is to track progress and to set and make goals based on your race performances.  It is not to make you feel shame or guilt.  We've been talking at practice about strong mental health practices of challenging negative thoughts and acceptance with commitment to values when faced with difficult feelings that come from running.  Use this report as a way to better these skills, improve yourself and help you stay accountable!  

This is the week!  We are hosting our Digger Homecoming Invitational this Saturday!

We need all hands on deck.  The biggest help we need is getting some more volunteers to help the coaches run the meet.  Thank you to those who have already signed up.  If the times don't work for your schedule let me know and will work something out.  Here is the link to sign up!

We appreciate your help, we cannot do this by ourselves.  We have 14 other teams coming and hosting a community race.  Its going to be a big event!!

Stick around after practice.  We will be making signs and putting race packets together!  Meet in the tech atrium after practice!

Friday- JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 2:40 pm

After practice, we will set the course up!  The more that stay the faster it will get done!
