Thank you everyone for all your help at our Digger Homecoming race! 

It was a huge success.  The races all ran smoothly and many of you stayed and helped for hours!  We cannot thank you enough!  It was the biggest invite we've hosted!! Looking at the Nerd Report(look to the right side links) take note of your Digger Invite time and your time trial time 19 days earlier.  Every one of you that ran both improved!!  Remember though that our Digger Invite last year was in September.  Some of you were faster last year so keep in mind that it was a whole month later.

We are so encouraged to see your improvement and love to see your progress.  

This is the heart of our season.  Come prepared to work hard with us as we focus on your speed/turnover.  

Remember to hydrate during the day, only little sips at practice.
