With the smoke so bad our schedule may be subject to change this week. If you're not on remind please do so today.
If the smoke is still unhealthy we will not run time trials but still have our parent/athlete meeting at 7:00 pm. We will send out a remind tomorrow with a decision.
8th graders can continue to come out to practice until school starts.
To be able to race this Wednesday everything below must be completed. Most of registermyathlete is done. If you're missing your physical you can upload it or bring it to the main office to Coach Long our athletic director.
Please refer to the season schedule tab above and make plans accordingly with work and other conflicts.
Mandatory practice has started. Athletes, it is your responsibility (not your friends or your parents) to let us know about conflicts.
Only 19 have finished the google form for the rules and disclosure for our team. This is part of being eligible to compete.

Fees should all be on skyward now. There is a $60 participation, $12 for a t-shirt and $40 for buying or $20 for renting a uniform. The office combined the t-shirt and uniform fees so minimally there will be a fee that says "uniform" which is the t-shirt.
Please send a screenshot or picture to Coach Shaw of your fees receipt so I can mark you off as paid.

Bus leaves at 8:00 am
It picks up behind the cafeteria at the roundabout.

Friday- Team Canyon Run in the Town of Alta at 3:30 pm.
Directions: Starting from the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon (where the park and ride is at) drive 8.5 miles up the canyon to the destination.
Drive up to the parking spot right before the Alta Toll Booth. This is right before Albion Basin Road. There are places to park on the north side of the road before and near the pay booth (parking there is free). If transportation is a concern reach out to other athletes to form a carpool. Be safe driving up and down the canyon.

Saturday- Jordan High School Track @ 7:00am
We are doing our annual service clean-up at the track/stadium.
Please bring gloves, rakes, and push brooms!
Practice will be after on your own or with your teammates.
