Great job this weekend at the Royal Invitational!  Jacob took 14th overall and many of you got PRs on a 3 mile course!  Also, shout out to our girls team who fielded a full varsity team the first time this year!  Nerd Report updated on the right side links.  

Region is this week!  Remember keep up with your school work and take care of your body.  The next couple weeks of cross country with be critical as we prepare for championship races.   Doing the small things consistently can make the difference in how you perform!
