October 11th- October 16th

Thanks to all of you who helped with the District Middle School race.  Despite the rain, it was successful and ran smoothly!  We appreciate all your help! 

This Tuesday is divisionals.  Even though varsity is only running we will be checking everyone from school to support our team!  You will not be excused if you've not been coming to practice or communicating.  Bring rain gear and warm clothing! 

Athletes running at divisionals, do all you can to prepare your mind and body.  

We are excited and believe in you!

Monday-   JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00 pm

Tuesday-  Divisionals @ Lakeside Park in Orem 400 S 1850 W, Orem, UT 84058

Bus leaves at 10:45 am

Girls race at 1:00 pm

Boys race at 2:00 pm

Wednesday-  JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00 pm

Thursday-Saturday-  Fall Break- On your own or with teammates.  

                                     Run the same amount of miles as last week.
