West Regional Information
Many of you have already done the first few steps. Please complete all of these by the due date so we can get an accurate number of students for pricing!

Step 2: View the itineraries below for both options. Option 1 has an additional hotel cost while option 2 we drive through the night.

Step 3: Fill out this form about which option you prefer. This needs to be done by Friday, November 5th!

Step 4: Complete the travel disclosure and turn it into Coach Shaw. This needs to be turned in by Monday, November 8th.

Step 5: Fill out the Medical and Insurance information, get notarized and turn into Coach Shaw by Friday, November 12th.
Our registrar at Jordan is a notary if you bring it in to sign.

Step 6: Fundraising. Start reaching out to family, neighbors, etc for pledges for the runathon fundraiser. We will be doing the runathon on November 12th at 3:00pm! Pledges will be for a dollar amount for how many laps you can go around the track in 1 hour. If someone is willing to pledge $5 per lap and you ran 20 laps the total would be $100. Pledges can be for any dollar amount, e.g. $.50, $1, $25, etc... The average runner will do 30 laps in an hour.
As a team, if we raise $4,000 the coaches will donate $25 to each kid. If we raise $5,000, $50 and $6,000, $75 per kid. In order to be eligible for this, you must have a minimal amount of 10 pledges filled out.

Step 7: After the runathon let your pledgers know how many laps you ran and how much they need to pay. They can pay below on the successfund link. If they pay through successfund let them know while they're paying they need to put your name in the comment section so we know the money is going towards your trip!
If they give you a check or cash, bring this into the main office and let them know its for our XC Fundraiser to California. Get your receipt and turn it into Coach Shaw.

Step 8: Sign up for West Regional. Once we have verified a final price and confirmed we are going sign up for the West Regional race. This price goes up to $40 on November 21st.
