Summer Week 9 (July 24th- July 29th)

Thank you, Hansen and the Seamons families for doing our pancake breakfast this last week!! The last one of the season! 

There is a lot of information to send out so please read carefully!

I apologize for any confusion on the "camp" sign-up. The forms we use through the district are camp and clinic forms for both our 10-week summer training and our Jordan XC Camp so both are called "camps".

If you've been coming to training over the summer and haven't paid yet click the link below. This money does not go to Coach Meg or me and goes directly to the program. 

10-Week Camp and Clinic Fee $40- PAY HERE

Jordan XC team camp is this week! July 26th-28th! 

It has been extended to sign up but please do so by Monday at midnight so that food can be purchased Tuesday! 

Please note that the schedule is subject to change, still trying to finalize a couple things but wanted to give you an idea of what camp would look like. Please ignore the schedule on the sign up and refer to the most recently updated schedule below.

For those going to camp we will have the schedule updated above by tomorrow and printed out for you at practice on Tuesday! If you have not signed up it is still open, please do so by Tomorrow Monday at midnight so we can get food Tuesday!

Next, we are going to do an early order of the spirit pack to get them made and shipped sooner!

We will be hosting our runathon fundraiser around August 1st. All money from this fundraiser goes directly to you first! The money you fundraise for this can cover, gear, uniform, participation fee, and our trip to California! We will get more info about our fundraiser this week! 

Lastly, please note that afternoon practice will start on August 3rd! These will start at 3:00pm. Talk with your employers about working around this, thank you!

Please start getting all eligibility requirements taken care of in the next two weeks, the deadline will come very soon, we are getting close to our first race! Fees will be added at a later date, but registermyathlete, grade, and physicals should be taken care of ASAP.


Remember to report your mileage to your specified coach.

Weekly Schedule


Monday-  Happy Pioneer day!

No official practice but run on your own or with teammates.

It would be good to get a race in or it's a stamina day. 5-7 miles for varsity/JV based on your training.
Rookies 3-4 miles at a pace where its hard to talk in complete sentences. 
 


Tuesday-  JHS weight room @ 7:15 am

        Enter the school doors where the star is. 


Wednesday- Camp or on own

Thursday-  Camp or on own

Friday- Camp or on own

Saturday- Pipeline Trail up Millcreek Canyon @ 7:15am

The Trailhead is  3.5 miles up Millcreek Canyon starting from the pay booth.
It is on the left side. Make sure when parking to be fully off the road. 
It is your responsibility to get to the trailhead if you're able to attend. 
It is strongly encouraged to carpool and if so you can meet at this park at 7:00am

There may be a $5 charge when coming out of the canyon.
