Season Week 1 (August 12th-August 17th)
Cross country is underway! It was great to see each of you compete yesterday and we are excited about this season and for what is possible for us! Great job to all in going after what you want to accomplish this season!
If you have any further questions about eligibility please email Coach Shaw or message or parent square.
Please get fundraising turned into the main office and turn in the receipt to a coach.
Please do not worry about fees quite yet. Many are still finalizing their fundraising. When its ready it will be onboarded to skyward. ($100 participation fee, spirit pack fee for what you ordered and uniform fee if needed).
If you need a uniform talk to Coach Shaw this week.
If you want to rock out in a maroon Jordan XC fan shirt they're $15, let Coach Shaw know.
If you will be out of town Friday, please let a coach know so we can know who to sign up for the race.

If you have not gone down from your max miles weeks, go down to 80%-90% of max miles.
Monday- Meet at JHS Tech Atrium @3:00 pm
Tuesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm
Wednesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00 pm
Thursday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm
Friday- RAC Invite- Please let me know if you'll be gone so I won't sign you up.
Bus leaves at 7:00am- Be here, be ready.
8:30am Freshman/Sophomore Girls
9:00am Freshman/Sophomore Boys
9:30am Junior/Senior Girls
10:00am Junior/Senior Boys
Saturday- Pipeline Trail up Millcreek Canyon @7:15 am
THE TRAILHEAD IS 3.5 MILES UP MILLCREEK CANYON STARTING FROM THE PAY BOOTH.
IT IS ON THE LEFT SIDE. MAKE SURE WHEN PARKING TO BE FULLY OFF THE ROAD.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET TO THE TRAILHEAD IF YOU'RE ABLE TO ATTEND.
IT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CARPOOL AS PARKING IS LIMITED
There may be a $5 charge coming out of the canyon. Sometimes they’re aren’t open
