We appreciate the Wilkins and Stevens families for their willingness to help with our team dinner!

Although region turned out differently than we would have liked we had many great performances! Huge PRs especially from the beginning of the season from the premier invite and even from last year. Look at the progress we have made! Also, shout out to Caroline, Carter, Mylah, Kevin and Sierra who took top 10 in Varsity!  

We need to have an athlete/parent meeting this week to discuss travel as it is approaching quickly. 

This meeting is required if wanting to go on our trip to Arizona. 

It will be Wednesday at 5:30pm in the Tech Atrium. 

We are hosting the Canyons District Championships this Saturday! We will need help Friday setting up the course from everyone and Saturday with running the race and being the rabbit for each race. Please be available to help as more hands make the work quicker! 


 Weekly Schedule

Monday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Tuesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Wednesday- Meet at Mt. Jordan Middle school @ 2:45pm

Meet on the field west of the school. 

Travel Meeting at 5:30 pm in the Tech Atrium! 

Thursday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Friday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Saturday- Canyons District Championships

Depending on how much we get done Friday will determine what time will need to meet. 

    • 9:00 am 
    • Girls Open Race
    • One lap
    • 9:20 am (or right after the girls Open Race)
    • Girls Intramural Race
    • Top 3 girls from each grade level (athletes cannot run up or down a grade)
    • 9:45 am (or right after the girls Intramural Race)
    • Boys Open Race
    • One lap
    • 10:05 am (right after the boys Open Race)
    • Boys Intramural Race
    • Top 3 boys from each grade level (athletes cannot run up or down a grade)
    • 10:30 am (following the boy Intramural Race)
    • Award Ceremony
