We've had a great turn out this first week and its been exciting to see everyone out! Remember that as you're pushing your body to take time for recover so your body can adapt.
We recommend at least half your body weight in oz. in water.
Getting 8-10 hours a sleep.
Protein and good recovery foods.
If you have any questions reach out to any of the coaches!
Summer is a busy time when many are out of town. Do the best you can and talk together as a family of what you feel comfortable with in order to still get miles in. We know its not always possible, and the more you can be consistent running it will be beneficial for progressing in training and injury prevention.
Lastly, once you have finished running for the week its time to report your miles! Just send a quick email/parentsquare to your assigned coach! This is so we can track your progress in training and help you improve.
