Such a fun time at Border Wars this last weekend! Some stellar performances and we are proud of the efforts you give each and every day! We are continuing to get better as a program!

Many people came up to us at the Park Lane Fun Run and thanked us for being there, brining the energy and encouraging their kids to run. You all did a great job! Thank you for representing Jordan High school so well!
Take a few moments to be more mindful of taking care for your body!
Drink plenty of water.
Fuel with protein and carbs.
Get 8-10 hours of sleep.
Take ice or Epsom salt baths.
Roll out sore muscles with a foam roller/ball or running stick.

Weekly Schedule
Depending on how your body is feeling keep your miles to 80%-90% of your max miles or you can go back up to max this week.
Monday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm
Tuesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm
Workout Day
We will Lift light afterwards.
Wednesday- JHS Tech Atrium @ 3:00pm
We will use foam rollers afterwards.
Homecoming Parade Meet at the pack of the school at 6:45pm!
Thursday- Union Middle School @ 3:00pm

Going to support the middle school athletes racing.
If you're unable to get a ride, easy miles on your own.
Friday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 1:00pm
Workout day.
Saturday- On your own or with teammates/friends
