Season Week 7 (September 22nd- September 27th)

Hope you all had a great homecoming week! Thanks for all of those who participated in the parade and celebrating with us! 

As championship season gets closer please take special consideration in taking extra care of your body. We have had a lot of sickness going around. Do what you can to recover and feel better! Take the time you need to help yourself recover as well from the workouts! Talk to the coaches if you have any questions!


On Monday October 6th we will do a whole family team dinner to prepare for region!

Weekly Schedule

Depending on how your body is feeling keep your miles to 80%-90% of your max miles or you can go back up to max this week.  


Monday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Tuesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Wednesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Thursday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 1:00pm

Friday- No school because of Parent/Teacher Conference. 

Pre-meet with striders on your own!

Saturday- Royal Run Invitational

For this Saturday's race it is Jordan XC tradition to go to Burger Bar (restaurant) after the race for lunch. You're not required to eat there just a fun place to stop while up in Roy. 

Bus will leave JHS at 6:15am

7:00 AM- Packet Pick-Up/Warm-Ups
8:00 AM- Varsity Boys
8:30 AM- Varsity Girls
9:00 AM- JV Boys 1 This is our race
9:20 AM- JV Boys 2
9:40 AM- JV Girls 
10:00 AM- Rookie Boys
10:20 AM- Rookie Girls
11:15 AM- Awards
