Season Week 8 (September 29th- October 4th)

Thank you Wilkins family for hosting an awesome team dinner and for the Smiths for the treat! We appreciate all the support and opportunities to get together! 

Great job at the Royal Run Invitational! Many have had their fastest time of the season and it is always fun to see the effort each of you give during your races! We are proud of all the hard work going on! 

As championship season gets closer please take special consideration in taking extra care of your body. We have had a lot of sickness going around. Do what you can to recover and feel better! Take the time you need to help yourself recover as well from the workouts! Talk to the coaches if you have any questions!


On Monday October 6th we will do a whole family team dinner to prepare for region!

Weekly Schedule

Depending on how your body is feeling keep your miles to 80%-90% of your max miles or you can go back up to max this week.  


Monday- Shields Lane Park @ 9:00am

Tuesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Workout Day

Wednesday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Thursday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 3:00pm

Workout Day

Friday- Meet at JHS west side of tennis courts (by the group of 3 trees) @ 1:00pm

Saturday- On your own or with Teammates
