Summer Week 2 (June 8th-12th)

We had a great first week of cross country! We loved seeing our returning runners and meeting our new teammates! 

Thank you to the Brewer, Derrick, and Lindsay families for volunteering for the pancake breakfast on Friday! 

We are so excited to get to work and have some fun this summer!  It will be a great experience!  Remember to give us, and more importantly yourself, 2 weeks to acclimate to running every day. That's when you'll start to feel a little better after working out. 


You will need to be signed up for the summer training to attend practice moving forward. We will unfortunately have to turn athletes away if their registration is not complete.
This is for two reasons:

1- It provides us with an emergency contact and phone number so we can call if needed
2- Signing the waiver allows you to participate

The 8th grade tab isn't working so any incoming 8th grader will register under 9th grade. This is how we were approved last year and this year to run the camp. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

Monday- Dewey Bluth Park @ 7:00am

Tuesday- Jordan High School Soccer Field @ 7:00am

             Afterwards meet in the weight room for 20-30 min of lifting. 

Wednesday-Temple Quarry Trail @ 6:45 am

Thursday-  Big Bear Park @ 7:00 am

Friday-  Jordan High School Soccer Field @ 7:00am

            Afterwards meet in the weight room for 20-30 min of lifting. 

            After lifting we will do a pancake breakfast at the concession stand. We will also have an ice bath!
