Summer Week 3 (June 15th-20th)
Thank you to the Diamond, Twitchell, Jenson and Wilkins families for volunteering their time for the pancake breakfast, we appreciate you!!
We have had a great turn out so far this summer for cross country! Remember if you miss practice to do your best to run on your own or with others and then to report your miles. The more consistent you can be the more progress you will make. We are excited to see what each of you are capable of!
You will need to be signed up for the summer training to attend practice moving forward. We will unfortunately have to turn athletes away if their registration is not complete.
This is for two reasons:
1- It provides us with an emergency contact and phone number so we can call if needed
2- Signing the waiver allows you to participate

The 8th grade tab isn't working so any incoming 8th grader will register under 9th grade. This is how we were approved last year and this year to run the camp. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

Afterwards meet in the weight room for 20-30 min of lifting.
Wednesday-Wrangler Trailhead @ 6:45am

After lifting we will do a pancake breakfast at the concession stand. We will also have an ice bath!
