Summer Week 8 (July 20th-July 25th)
The summer is flying by! Only a few weeks of summer training left! Our 8th grade teammates are able to come out to practice till Friday August 7th!
We will have practice this week for all those not going to Snow.
Snow Camp
Snow Camp starts Monday! There was a message sent out on ParentSquare to those who RSVP'd to the Snow Camp. Please check that message for all the details of getting forms and payment completed.
There are three forms that need to be signed:
Medical Release - *needs to be notarized
We will have paper copies available at practice. Since Skyward is currently down, please submit payment for camp to Andrea Olsen in the front office with cash or check. The office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-1pm. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns about camp!

Runathon 9th-12th Graders (8th can still run just don't need to raise money)
On July 25th we will host our runathon fundraiser. This is a run where you ask for people to pledge a certain $$ amount for how many laps you can run in an hour.
All of these funds will need to be collected and turned into the office. This will cover cross country fees such at participation, uniform, spirit pack and our trip to california. Any leftover funds will be donated to our XC program.

Alta Run Activity and Dinner
On July 30th we will host a mini camp from 4:00-9:00pm up at Alta Town Park. We will run, eat dinner, and have some team activities.
