Step 3: Fill out the Medical and Insurance information, get notarized and turn into Coach Shaw We will have a notary at the meeting today and extra papers.
Please do this by Monday November 6th.

Step 4: We will sign you up for the footlocker race. Let Coach Shaw know if you want to run in your grade level race or the championship race. You'll need to sign the race release form. Please email coach Shaw a confirmation that you've signed. Please do this by Monday November 6th.
