Kudos to those who came to practice Saturday or ran on their own.  It's no secret that running more consistently will make you a better runner.

I am hoping we get our uniforms soon.  I'll keep you posted.  When we get them please bring the rented out uniform washed to exchange.  Hopefully by our next race we will have them.

Weber Invitational this week: Here is some info for parents coming to the meet to watch:
*No parking along Valley Drive. We will have signs to direct parking. There will be two spectator entrances—by the El Monte Clubhouse and on the north side of the golf course. Spectators will be charged $5 each.

MANDATORY PRACTICES HAVE BEGUN!

This means if you have an unexcused absence at practice you will not race.

Monday- JHS northwest side of tennis courts @ 3:00 pm

Friday-  Weber State Invitational - El Monte Golf Course - 1300 Valley Dive, Layton, UT. 

Bus will leave Jordan High at 1:00 pm

3:00pm - Rookie Boys 

3:30pm - Rookie Girls 
4:00pm - JV Boys (1A-4A)  Not our race
4:30pm - JV Girls 
5:00pm - JV Boys (5A-6A) 
5:30pm - Varsity Girls 
6:00pm - Varsity Boys 

Saturday- Jordan River Parkway Trail - Shields Lane Park @ 7:15 am HERE

Or run 5-10 miles on your own.

**Practice is not mandatory on Saturdays, but is recommended**
