What a showing at the Royal Run Invitational this weekend!  EVERYONE OF OUR RUNNERS RAN A 3 MILE PERSONAL RECORD AND MANY A CAREER BEST!  We are proud of our runners and excited to see what else they can do this season!!  Hard work pays off!

If you have not exchanged your shorts yet please come in after school on Monday at 2:30 to Coach Shaw's office room 1032 to do so.

Thursday- Eastmont Middle School  @ 3:00 pm  Address HERE

Park in the lower parking lot and will meet at the west field.  Plan ahead for a ride and reach out to other team members who may be able to help drive you over to Eastmont after school.  If you're unable to make it run a pre-meet day on your own.

Bus will leave in the back of Jordan High at 1:45 pm

Open Race 3:20 PM (spectators and coaches)

Girls JV 4:00

Boys JV A-L 4:30 (our boys JV race)

Boys JV M-Z 5:00  (not our boys race)

Girls Varsity 5:30

Boys Varsity 6:00

Saturday- No team run due to rain and lightning warnings.  

Please get some cardio in on our own.  Don't just take the whole day off.  Have a good weekend!
