We are so grateful we could have a race this last week.  Congrats to Jacob who took 4th, Jordan 9th and Sarah 7th in their races!

If you're experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you stay home, stay healthy and communicate with your assigned coach how you're doing.

These symptoms include:
Fever of 100.4 F or above
Cough (new, un-diagnosed cough)
Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
Sore throat
Sudden change in taste or smell
Muscle aches or pains (not related to running)

Schedule:

Practice is mandatory.  If you have conflicts contact your coach before practice. 
Masks and physical distancing are required.

Tuesday: On your own

Wednesday:  Cross Country Area west of tennis courts @ 3:00 pm

Thursday: Pre-Region--- The bus will leave at 6:45 am--Pick up in the back by the round a bout. 

Boys’ Varsity 8:00 am (6 teams = 42 Runners)

                        Girls’ Varsity 8:15 am (6 teams = 42 Runners)

                       JV races 8 runners per team until all JV have raced. 

Spectators are welcome but must keep physical distance of 6 feet with those not of their household and wear masks at the event.  This race is limited to 50 athletes per race.  There will be JV races until each athlete races.  Hopefully we will give an estimate of what race you'll be in.  


Friday: On you own

Saturday:  No official practice. On your own try to get some kind of cardio at your best discretion! See you Monday!
