Winter Training

Hey everyone!  We hope you're staying safe and healthy! 

XC is officially over and we will soon be transitioning into indoor track!  Updates will be posted here on the blog.

We know the last several weeks have been hectic and you may or may not have been able to run.  

If you haven't taken a break since state now would be a great time to take one and rest up from running.  

That means no running for at least 2 weeks! 

If you've taken some time off after state it would be a good idea to start running semi-consistently again.  The main thing is to get out and maintain some level of fitness.  

We will make a tentative schedule for you and get it out to you ASAP.  

As always, please reach out to any of the coaches if you have training questions.
