Transition Training
First of all we want all of you to know that we miss you and hope you're doing well!

We are hoping to still have a banquet. For sure we will do one online but hoping things improve by March where we can get together in person. Stay on remind to get updates!
Lastly, if you haven't been training, it would be wise to get going again. The link below is our transition training plan to get ready for indoor track! We will start week 1 today!
If you haven't taken a break since state it's time to take 10-14 days off of running. You can bike, cross train or play other sports but take the time off of running. Once you have rested then you can start week 1 in the transition training.
If you're on the fence about track we invite you to come out. Track compliments cross country perfectly and will help your speed for cross country.
