September 13th- September 18th

We are in the heart of our xc season!  The next few weeks will be crucial to your training.  Take extra care of your body, managing your stressors and come to practice ready to work and improve.  There are only 2 meets left until region.  

This week we are doing our field trip to Park Lane Elementary School for their annual fundraiser run.  They will have 500 or so kids run a mile loop around the neighborhood.  We are there to help them warm up, do drills and stay safe on the courses.  It is a great way to give back to our community and feeder school.  We will divide you up to run with certain groups of kids.  Please help them by encouraging to run and stay on the path.  Many parents were appreciative our team was there to help and support their kids! Bus will leave at the school at 8:15 am and leave around 10:00 am.  Please e-sign below to give permission for your student to attend the field trip.  

In order to go on Friday this e-permission slip will need to be signed.

The meet director has asked that if you're not vaccinated to wear a mask while not running.

Saturday- Long slow miles on your own.  Run at an easy pace of how your body feels for 5-10 miles.  Whatever you need for your training this week.
