Summer Week 2 June 6th-11th
Great first week!! Remember to take care of your body, especially if this is more activity than you've been used to. Get good sleep, drink plenty of water and get enough to eat! We've had a great turnout so keep showing up! Take note that we are starting to lift weights and trail runs this week. We also have a Thursday activity and Pancake breakfast on Friday morning!
