Summer Week 2 June 6th-11th

Great first week!! Remember to take care of your body, especially if this is more activity than you've been used to.  Get good sleep, drink plenty of water and get enough to eat! We've had a great turnout so keep showing up! Take note that we are starting to lift weights and trail runs this week.  We also have a Thursday activity and Pancake breakfast on Friday morning!

Monday-  JHS Weightroom Hallway @ 7:15 am

Weightroom doors are just west of the tennis courts.  Closest doors to our main meeting spot. 


Tuesday-  JHS Weightroom @ 6:30 am for athletes new to our program
                                                @ 7:15 am for returning atheltes


Wednesday-  Temple Quarry Trailhead @ 7:15 am

Friday- JHS Tech Atrium @ 7:15 am
Come in the south main doors at Jordan High.  Turn left and head down the long hall passed the media center and counseling center.  Tech Atrium will be on the right side.
