Summer Week 6 (July 3rd- July 8th)

UHSAA Moratorium where no sports are allowed to hold practices and goes until the 5th of July. You should still be training on your own or with teammates at this time and putting in some good mileage. 

Jordan XC team camp will be July 26th-28th! It will be a stay at home camp with 2 days around 9am-9pm and 1 half day. More details to follow as we are waiting on venues and information! It will be an awesome camp! 

Also, we need to make sure we are taking good care of our bodies so we can prevent injury and other problems. Please drink plenty of water, stretch, roll out, get enough sleep, and eat healthily/enough. If you are having any issues please talk to the coaches so we can help you!
