Summer Week 4 (June 24th-29th)

This week on Friday starts the statewide required moratorium from official practice. If you'd like to get together with teammates to run, that would be just fine! This will go until July 5th. If you have questions about training during this time talk with a coach.
If you have not yet registered for the 10-Week Summer training please do so ASAP.

We are hosting our community race/time trial on August 3rd this year! Please share this link to family, friends, neighbors etc... who would be interested in running! There will be 9 divisions with medals for top 3 in each gender!

Wednesday- Temple Quarry Trail @ 7:15 am
