Indoor Track Week 6 (February 10th-15th)

Great job at the Distance challenge this last weekend. Use this time as a baseline to continue to build off and make progress. Lets work on having a growth mindset that you can improve, you can get stronger and you can get faster!

Monday- Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm
       
Tuesday-  On your own or with teammates.

Wednesday- Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm

Thursday- Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm

Friday- On your own or with teammates
