Indoor Track Week 7 (February 17th-22nd)
With the colder weather make sure to dress appropriately for running outside. Most days we will be going outside! We are working up to doing some workouts and longer runs on the weekend. If you have questions about your weekly miles and training please reach out.
Weekly Schedule
Monday- On your own or with teammates.
Tuesday- We will have practice today and do a workout since missing Monday.
Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm
Wednesday- Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm
Thursday- Meet by the trophy case by 3:00pm
- Chocolate milk meeting at 4:30pm
Friday- On your own or with teammates
Saturday- Longer slower run on your own or with teammates
